Calling Phoenix home, Dr. Hogan completed much of her medical schooling here in Arizona. During medical school, she discovered her interest in ophthalmology, spending her time volunteering at The Foundation for Blind Children and publishing research. Upon graduation, Dr Hogan was awarded the Certificate of Commendation by the American Medical Women’s Association for graduating at the top of her class.
With her husband, Travis, Dr. Hogan moved to Dallas, Texas to complete her ophthalmology residency at UT Southwestern. Here, she was fortunate to gain invaluable training at one of the largest and busiest ophthalmology residencies in the US, even staying for an additional year to complete a Cornea and External Disease Fellowship. Over the course of her residency and fellowship, Dr. Hogan performed numerous cataract surgeries and other procedures.
Outside of work, Dr. Hogan can be found spending time with her husband and their two young daughters who keep them busy and are the joy of their lives.
Dr. Hogan has advanced training in LENSAR Laser Cataract Surgery and is excited to offer the newest technologies in cataract treatment, including the RxSight Light Adjustable Lens.
